we strive to provide excellent service which includes the security of shipping your packages. We have a tracking number to ensure that you can track your order as it arrives at the shipping address. Please note that it may take 3-5 days for you to receive the Tracking Number (TKN). TKN will work when your order is ready to be delivered to you.
DELIVERY TIME: Order Processing Time (3-5 days) + Shipping Time (10 – 15 days) = Total Delivery Time (13 – 20 days)
Note: Delivery time is an estimate only and cannot be exact as Shipping time will be affected by holidays, destination country, bad weather and international traffic.

1.How can I track my order?
once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please note that it may take 3-5 days for you to receive the Tracking Number (TKN).
2.The tracking code says "US, Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet"
Your order is sent via international shipping, when Shipper creates a label is the moment the order has been delivered to the carrier. International shipping to send to US. After UPS in the US receives the goods, the tracking code will work, UPS in the US will deliver the goods to you within 2-5 days.
3.My parcel was shipped but I didn't get an update?
Your parcel is in transit to destination country, unfortunately this process could mean the parcel is handed over to different couriers, countries and airports that do not provide tracking information. The tracking number will update once parcel arrives in destination country and is checked and cleared by customs. Most countries do not update the tracking details till the parcel is checked and cleared by customs, and with some restrictions or quarantine measures in place, there could be delays in updating the tracking information.
4.My parcel is showing delivered but I didn't receive it?
Please check with your neighbours or your local post office as couriers can deliver parcels to different addresses or local post office if there is no answer at delivery point. You should also receive a notice from the courier explaining where the parcel was delivered.
5.What if my parcel is lost?
We monitor every parcel and always keep in close contact with couriers to check for updates and make sure parcels are not lost. In the unlikely event where parcels get marked at lost in transit, we will remake and reship your order as soon as possible or offer you a full refund for your purchase
